Welcome to Mr. Komp’s world of art and education! With a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Kutztown University, an M.Ed in Education from Cabrini University, and an M.Ed in Art Education from Kutztown University, Mr. Komp has dedicated his life to teaching. His journey began in 2006, teaching at Spring-Ford Area SD and later at Perkiomen Valley SD, where he’s had the privilege of teaching students of all grade levels.

Currently, Mr. Komp teaches high school, specializing in Digital Photography and Graphic Design. He brings a unique perspective to the classroom, combining his proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign with a deep love for photography. Photography is his chosen medium for personal expression, and he enjoys capturing moments with his kids at the skate park, swim meets, and dog parks, as well as exploring and photographing intriguing abandoned sites.

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Komp’s interests span a wide range, making him a well-rounded educator who brings passion and creativity to both his students and his art.
